1.Mash the grapes finely and apply on the face till dry, you also can cut the grapes from center and place them on the face.

2.Mix the glycerin, cucumber juice and rose water, it will become a mixture apply it on the face and leave to dry. It works against sunburn and provides a cool effect.

3.Take honey and fresh cream, mix them well and apply on your face till dry, apply this tip at night before sleeping and leave the mixture on face till morning for better and quicker result.

4.Make a mixture of fresh milk, lemon juice and pinch of salt, now apply on face as much time as you can and keep applying this tip regularly for quick effect.

5.Tomato juice is very good to get fresh and glowing skin. Take the half piece of tomato and rub on the face. You also can mix some drops of lemon juice with tomato juice to get fair and fresh skin. Tomato also works as sun block and it prevents the effects of sun burn.

6.Carrot juice is also very effective tip to reduce the spots, redness and to get fair color.

7.Aloe Vera gel is best herbal treatment for all kinds of skin problems. It works against sun burn, pigmentation, wrinkles and dark circles.

9. Hot water blushes your skin and you don't feel fresh
unless you have bath with little cold water. If you have shower for a
longtime, dead skin will be automatically be removed. Do not rub with
towel, be gentle on your skin.

17. Mix curds (yogurt) with wheat flour and apply to
your skin and take shower after 5 minutes.


18. Grind rose petals and mix with cream on the top of
milk and apply to your body. Shower after 10 minutes.

19. Scaly skin is a result of fluorine deficiency.
Fluorine is the anti-resistant element of the human body, the absence of
which creates problems in the blood and spleen. Since cooking and
heating foods destroys fluorine, it is better to eat uncooked raw fruits
and vegetables. Other foods rich in fluorine are goat milk and cheese,
rye flour, avocados, sea plants and cabbage, cream whey and cottage
cheese.
